About Banner.png

Hi, I'm Erin.

I don’t show up to help kick the can, check the box, or tell you that you’re always right.

I am a coach, facilitator, analyst, strategist, and a fierce champion of heart-led leaders.

I have more than three decades of experience navigating in high-growth organizational environments to manage strategic risk and organizational change. I work with executives in organizations of all sizes, types, and industries to improve vision alignment, risk visibility, and strategic performance. Leaders who hire me are confident and excited about the journey they are on and recognize the value of thought diversity and independent perspective. They are looking for the insight they need to make meaningful and effective strategic decisions that will move the organization forward. See what they have to say!

I have an intense desire to help people succeed, to get them beyond the boundaries that are challenging their success. I do this by helping to pull back the proverbial curtain to see if vision and strategy are truly connected, if risk is understood to the root and limb, if intelligent creativity is allowed to flourish, and if resilience runs to the core. When I can help someone understand and connect what they can do with where they want to go, their future becomes easier to navigate, and that makes it a great day.

I have a gift for seeing the connections between people, structure, and systems that drive or stall performance within an organization. Problems intrigue me. I dig until I get to the heart of the issue – the real issue – the invisible thing (or things) responsible for driving all the visible chaos. It is people that bring an entity to life, developing the requisite systems, programs, and plans for operating, steering, and managing. This creates layers of complexity when solving large-scale problems because people are complex.

It’s not easy to do and get right, but I love it, and I’m good at it.

I have an uncanny ability for seeing patterns in the chaos and identifying the true source of systemic challenges.

It’s kind of my superpower.

I Get the Challenges You’re Facing

My experience spans the c-suite, boardroom, as well as executive coaching and consulting. I have deep expertise in organizational development, enterprise risk, and strategy design, so I am not bound by industry or market.  I love the challenge of disruption – my sweet spot is working with leaders who are going through whitewater, challenged in ways both good and bad by rapid growth and transforming business environments.

You know your business better than anyone. What I provide is fresh perspective and an unbiased analysis on how your organization operates. The things I help uncover usually come as no surprise - but how they are connected and the cumulative effect they have on the organization is often a revelation.

My value isn’t in handing you a solution on a platter – it's about rolling my sleeves up with you to reveal opportunities and challenges that impact the decisions you make both today and tomorrow.

My goal is to help you create a powerfully cohesive team with a strategic thinking discipline that challenges the status quo at every turn, creating agile, living strategy that evolves as it needs to.

What to Expect When Working with Me

My Philosophy

I believe that the future belongs to quantum-intelligent organizations - ones that embrace this adaptive holism, contributing to a cause greater than the bottom line, and value the unique creativity and contribution of every individual within. Every leader I work with is dynamic and unique in their approach but find resonance in the philosophy that flows through all the work I do:

  • Purpose is what drives us. It defines the contributions we desire to make to the world both personally and professionally.  Just as understanding and articulating organizational purpose provides perspective in the work that we do, creating clarity of purpose for ourselves provides perspective on what we do and how we choose to do it.

  • Growth is elemental and fuels our desire for engagement and expansion in all areas of life - including work. Creating intentionality around where, when, and how we want to grow reveals the way that we best navigate the world, finding equilibrium to avoid burnout so that we make our best contribution.

  • Evolution is inevitable. We adapt every day in small incremental ways to address our immediate needs and move towards important milestones. However, holding a vision for the big things - those things we consider the most important to living a complete and full life both personally and professionally - requires that we anticipate our own evolution, allowing that vision to manifest.

Why I Do What I Do

The world is changing, and a new breed of leader quietly emerging across the globe. These new leaders are not only highly self-aware but recognize the holistic and entangled nature of the world we live and work in. They recognize their organization as the complex adaptive system that it is, and they understand that true agility requires every element to move in simultaneous motion (like a flock of birds) as opposed to command-and-follow hierarchy with siloed handoffs.

These leaders are driven by a deep need to contribute their energy and talent to a cause that is greater than the bottom line. They know that the growth of their people is key to building a thriving organization, and they are fearless in breaking down barriers that inhibit creativity and pathfinding at every level.

Accomplishing this requires breaking 120 years of standard business practice – and old models die hard – but this is why I show up for the work. I relish the challenge and am ready to roll my sleeves up along with you to help define and articulate purpose, growth, and evolution for you, your team, and your organization.
